Vacate Cleaning Specialist

Part-Time / Casual · South-East Melbourne

Thorough end-of-lease cleans following our checklist. Training provided. Weekend availability a plus.
Team Leader

Experienced Cleaner · Driver’s licence preferred

Lead small teams on vacate jobs, uphold quality standards, and communicate with customers.

Nice to have: Driver’s licence, reliable transport, right to work in Australia, attention to detail, great communication.

Do you pay cash-in-hand?
❌ No. All team members are paid properly under the Cleaning Services Award (MA000022) with payslips provided.
What about super and penalty rates?
✅ Yes — we pay superannuation and penalty rates (weekends, evenings, public holidays) as required by the Award.
Do I need my own ABN?
❌ Not for employee roles. You’ll join us as a casual or part-time employee. ABNs are only required for subcontractor arrangements.
How quickly do I get paid?
✅ Prompt payment weekly, directly into your bank account.
Do I need my own cleaning products or equipment?
❌ No. We supply professional-grade products and equipment that meet agent and industry standards.
Is there training?
✅ Yes. We provide full training, checklists, and support so you can feel confident from day one.
