1) General Service Conditions
- ExitMaid provides professional vacate cleaning based on the condition of a standard residential property. Excessive dirt, damage, mould, or pest-related issues may incur additional charges or require rebooking.
- Power and running water must be available. If not, the job will be rescheduled and a call-out fee may apply.
- The property must be fully vacated prior to cleaning unless otherwise agreed. We do not move heavy furniture or clean beneath/behind large appliances.
2) Bond Return Guarantee
- Our Premium Package includes a bond-return guarantee when all required services (e.g., carpet steam cleaning) are selected and post-clean instructions are followed (e.g., avoid walking on wet carpets).
- We provide a checklist and before/after photos to support your bond claim. We are not responsible for deductions unrelated to cleaning (e.g., damage, maintenance, unpaid rent).
3) Carpet Steam Cleaning
- Performed with professional hot-water extraction machines. Drying time depends on airflow, carpet type, and humidity.
- Steam cleaning does not guarantee complete removal of old, set, chemical or dye-based stains. Heavy stain/odour treatment is available as an add-on.
4) Appliances & Fixtures
- Standard service includes external surfaces only. Internal oven, fridge, dishwasher, etc. are add-ons.
- ⚠️ We do not move large appliances or heavy fixtures for safety reasons.
5) Exclusions
- Full wall washing is excluded unless the Wall Sugar Soap Wash add-on is selected (standard service includes spot cleaning only).
- External windows are included only when the External Windows add-on is booked and are safely ground-floor accessible.
- Plumbing, electrical, painting/repairs, rubbish removal, pest control and landscaping are not provided.
6) Client Responsibilities
- Ensure access to the property at the agreed time (keys, lock box code or meet-and-greet). Lockouts may incur a call-out fee.
- If you won’t be present, provide accurate entry instructions and a reachable phone contact.
- Provide an email address if you require the digital Agent-Ready Report after your clean.
