After your property goes to market

Your Pre-Sale Clean gets it ready. CampaignCare helps keep it that way.

A Pre-Sale Clean is completed as close as practical to staging and photography, creating the presentation standard for the campaign launch.

Once the property is actively being marketed, everyday living, inspections, open homes and the movement of buyers through the property naturally begin to change both the cleanliness and the styling. CampaignCare restores both — combining a targeted presentation refresh clean with a listing-photo styling reset before the next important buyer-facing event.

  • Suitable for occupied and vacant properties currently being marketed for sale.
  • Visits scheduled around the actual campaign rather than a fixed cleaning frequency.
  • Particularly valuable before open homes, private inspections and auction day.
  • Available whether or not ExitMaid completed the original Pre-Sale Clean.

The two halves of CampaignCare

Refresh the clean. Reset the styling.

CampaignCare is deliberately balanced between practical presentation cleaning and restoring the staged look of the home. Both are essential to returning the property to open-home-ready condition.

01

Presentation Refresh Clean

A targeted once-over of the buyer-facing areas that naturally lose their polished finish between inspections — kitchens, bathrooms, mirrors, glass, floors, high-touch surfaces, visible dust, fingerprints and the everyday signs of living or inspection traffic.

02

Listing Presentation Reset

Using the original listing photography as our visual reference, we restore cushions, throws, bedding, towels, staging décor and other presentation details that have shifted or been safely stored between inspections.

03

Final Buyer Walkthrough

We finish with a short room-by-room presentation check, bringing the cleaning and styling reset together and correcting any final details that could distract from the way the property presents.

The CampaignCare clean

We refresh the property — we don't repeat the Pre-Sale Clean.

The detailed preparation work has already been done. CampaignCare focuses on what has changed since the property first went to market and restores the clean, polished finish buyers will notice.

For an occupied home, that may mean removing the signs of another week of everyday living. For a vacant property, it may mean refreshing footprints, fingerprints, settled dust and other traces of inspection traffic.

  • Kitchen benches, splashbacks, sinks and tapware refreshed.
  • Stovetop and appliance exteriors wiped and polished.
  • Bathroom vanities, basins, mirrors and tapware refreshed.
  • Toilets and bathroom surfaces cleaned and sanitised.
  • Shower glass refreshed where required.
  • Fingerprints and visible marks removed from doors, handles, switches and high-touch areas.
  • Mirrors and high-impact presentation glass polished.
  • Visible surfaces dusted and obvious cobwebs addressed.
  • Floors vacuumed throughout and hard floors refreshed or mopped as required.
  • Entry areas, presentation zones and bins checked as part of the final reset.

Where CampaignCare fits

A service designed for the active sales campaign

CampaignCare is not intended to replace the initial Pre-Sale Clean. It begins once the home has been professionally prepared and the sales campaign is underway.

Prepare

Pre-Sale Clean

Detailed presentation cleaning completed as close as practical to staging and photography.

Launch

Staging & Photography

The home is professionally styled, photographed and launched to market.

Maintain

CampaignCare

Presentation refreshes scheduled around open homes, inspections and campaign milestones.

Present

Open Homes & Auction

The property continues to present at its best when prospective buyers walk through.

Especially valuable for owner-occupied homes

Your home still has to be lived in while it is being sold.

Professionally staged homes can look perfect on photography day, but everyday family life continues between inspections. Cushions move. Throws get used. Bathrooms are used. Children play. Fragile staging pieces may be put safely away during the week.

CampaignCare takes the pressure off vendors by refreshing the signs of everyday living and then restoring the photographed presentation before buyers arrive again. If staging pieces have been safely stored, they can be made available for the visit and our team will use the original listing photographs to return them to their intended position.

Vacant staged homes benefit too. Even without day-to-day living, open homes and private inspections leave behind footprints, fingerprints, moved furniture, bathroom use, settled dust and staging details that can shift after buyers have moved through the property.

Preserving the stager's work

We reset the styling — we don't redesign it.

CampaignCare does not replace professional property styling. Your stager has already established how the home should present.

We use the original listing photographs as our visual reference, allowing our team to restore the finer presentation details without making subjective styling decisions or changing the design concept.

  • Fluffing and repositioning cushions.
  • Folding and resetting throws.
  • Straightening bedding and decorative pillows.
  • Resetting display towels and bathroom presentation.
  • Returning staging décor to its photographed position where made available.
  • Straightening dining chairs and obvious furniture presentation.

Built around your campaign

No rigid schedule. No one-size-fits-all package.

Every sales campaign is different, so CampaignCare is tailored during the quotation and sign-on process rather than sold as a predetermined weekly or multi-visit package.

We consider

  • Your open-home and inspection schedule
  • Whether the property remains occupied
  • Property size, layout and presentation condition
  • How the property has been professionally staged
  • Particular presentation priorities
  • Campaign length and key buyer-facing milestones

Your CampaignCare schedule may include

  • A strategically timed refresh before an important open home
  • Regular presentation support during a multi-week campaign
  • Additional attention after heavily attended inspections
  • Refreshes before important private inspections
  • A final presentation visit before auction day
  • Other agreed visits according to the needs of the campaign

Clear service boundaries

CampaignCare maintains the presentation — it doesn't replace deep cleaning or styling.

CampaignCare is designed for

  • Targeted once-over cleaning between inspections
  • Kitchens, bathrooms, floors and high-touch surfaces refreshed
  • Presentation glass, mirrors, fingerprints and visible marks addressed
  • Dust, footprints and signs of everyday living or inspection traffic refreshed

CampaignCare does not ordinarily include

  • Full Pre-Sale or deep cleaning

  • Decluttering or home organisation
  • Full internal cabinetry cleaning
  • Major wall washing or restoration work
  • Other substantial services unless separately quoted

Quote-only service

Tell us about the campaign and we'll build the service around it.

CampaignCare is quoted according to the property, occupancy, presentation-cleaning needs, staging reset requirements and campaign schedule. Once the scope and timing are agreed, your pricing is confirmed before the service begins.

Frequently asked questions

CampaignCare FAQs

Do I need to have booked my Pre-Sale Clean with ExitMaid?

No. CampaignCare can be arranged for properties already on the market, even where the original Pre-Sale Clean was completed elsewhere. We will establish the current presentation condition during the quotation process.

Is CampaignCare suitable before photography?

Usually, no. The initial Pre-Sale Clean is the appropriate service in the lead-up to staging and photography. CampaignCare is designed primarily for the active sales campaign after the property has been prepared and launched. A light interim refresh may be discussed where unusual timing or logistical delays make one necessary.

What does the cleaning part of CampaignCare include?

CampaignCare is a targeted presentation refresh rather than a repeat deep clean. Depending on the property, it can include kitchens, bathrooms, mirrors, presentation glass, high-touch surfaces, visible dust and marks, vacuuming, hard-floor refreshing and the other buyer-facing areas that have changed since the initial Pre-Sale Clean.

How often should CampaignCare be booked?

There is no fixed frequency. We discuss your open-home schedule, occupancy, campaign length and presentation priorities during quotation and recommend timing that suits the actual campaign.

Do you restyle the property?

No. We preserve and reset the professional presentation already created. Our team uses the original listing photographs as a visual reference so cushions, throws, bedding, towels and staging décor can be returned as closely as practical to their photographed presentation.

Can CampaignCare be used for owner-occupied properties?

Yes. CampaignCare can be particularly useful for owner-occupiers because it helps restore the property after everyday living between inspections, including resetting staging details that may have been moved or safely stored during the week.
