How to book
Select “Heavy Stain & Odour Treatment” as an add-on during booking. Our team assesses carpet fibres onsite and applies the correct treatment for best results.
What to expect
- Most stains significantly improve, but permanent damage may remain visible.
- Pet odours usually reduce substantially; severe cases may require further remediation.
- Allow 4–8 hours drying time depending on ventilation and weather.
If structural damage (e.g. subfloor contamination or bleach damage) is present, it will be documented in your agent report.
